This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Olsen Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1982.

I like the bulk of fruit here--must dilute the SUGAR a bit. My fruit ice cream recipes call for the fruit to be steeped in the sugar for at least an hour, which avoids the nice big chunks of fruit ice, so delightful for people of our age.
I love that you put cat pictures for your recipes--I actually hadn't though that the photos don't have to be of the food! This opens many possibilities! Thanks.

This sounds delicious. I eat ice cream year 'round and I love peaches, so this will be something I will be making for my family.
