Ingredients
  • 12 slices day old bread crust removed and cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed fully cooked Ham
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese or pepper jack cheese shredded
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 7 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 3 tsp. ground mustard
  • 1 tsp. Salt

Directions
  1. in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish layer bread cubes ham green pepper cheeses and onion In large bowl combined Eggs Milk mustar and salt pour over top cover refrigerate over night
  2. Remove from refigerator 30 minutes befoe baking Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes let stand 5 minutes before cutting
  3. Yeilds 12 servings
