How to make it

  • Mix together all dressing ingredients until sugar dissolves. Set aside.
  • Put all salad ingredients into a large bowl.
  • Mix dressing ingredients again and pour HALF over slaw/salad fixings.
  • Want more dressing? Add little by little - remember that cole slaw releases some liquids as well after sitting for a bit.
  • Enjoy!
