Blue Cheese Mushrooms Recipe

Delicious blue cheese stuffed mushrooms.. They have cream cheese in them also!

Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh medium mushrooms
- 1/4 c sliced green onions
- 1 Tbs butter
- 1 pkg (4oz) crumbled blue cheese
- 3 oz. cream cheese,softened
Directions
- Preheat broiler. Remove stems from mushrooms;chop stems. Cook and stir stems and onions in butter in small skillet on med heat till tender.
- Add blue cheese and cream cheese;mix well. Spoon evenly into mushroom caps;place on rack of broiler pan.
- Broil 2 to 3 mins or till golden brown. Serve warm.
