  • KNEAD DOUGH INTO A BALL AND REFRIGERATE FOR 2 OR 3 HOURS, ROLL DOUGH OUT IN TO A RETANGLE, CUT INTO 4 INCH SQUARES , WRAP AROUND CANNOLI TUBES SEAL WITH EGG WHITE, AND DEEP FRY CAN BE MADE 2 DAYS AHEAD OF TIME. ( IF YOU WANT TO MAKE HALF CHOCOLATE FILLING ,-TAKE HALF OF WHITE FILLING RECIPE AND ADD 1OR 2
  • TBSP OF COCOA, AND 1 0R 2 TBSP OF CONFECTIONARY SUGAR.

    Love the sounds of this filling - gotta try it next time I have some shells on hand (I'm not very good at the pastry part of cannolis!). Thanks!
