Now this can be adjusted to you tastes.......and you can also double it .but when doing more watch you season blend so as to not overpower the meat.... The rubbed sage and savory are what give this sausage its wonderful breakfasty flavor; the nutmeg and marjoram provide a nice counterpoint, and the black pepper adds a touch of hotness. Ingredients
- • Ground pork: 1 lb. shopping list
- • Coarse salt: 1/2 tablespoon shopping list
- • sage: 1/2 teaspoon shopping list
- • summer savory: 1/3 teaspoon shopping list
- • Ground nutmeg: 1/8 teaspoon shopping list
- • Ground marjoram: 2/3 teaspoon shopping list
- • Ground black pepper: 1/3 teaspoon shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the seasoning together and add to your meat as needed.hope you enjoy!!
