How to make it

  • Cooked rinsed quinoa in the one cup of water till water is absorbed and tender, about 10 to 15 minutes
  • In a bowl, combine remainder of ingrdients and blend well.
  • Add the cooled quinoa , blend well and season to taste
  • Chill well prior to serving

    I've been experimenting with quinoa lately, and I love the sounds of this recipe - all the great summer flavors of tomatoes and peppers and dill, along with the feta and delicious seasonings...I know I'm going to like this one!
