Ingredients
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 can (15 oz) canned salmon (drained, deboned & flaked)
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup corn meal
  • 1/4 cup scallions, chopped (or regular onion if no scallions avail.)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Pam spray

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Beat eggs in medium bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
  4. Shape into patties and place onto a sprayed cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 10-15 minutes, turning once until browned on both sides.
  6. Serve immediately.

We like our patties a little crunchy, can these get a little crunchy without burning? If so.....YUMMY!!!!!!! :o)
