How to make it

  • mix the ingredients together to form a dough(except the butter).
  • flatten the the dough with a rolling pin.
  • let rest in a warm place for 1 hour.
  • put the butter chip in the middle of dough and cover it.
  • flatten the dough into a rectangle shape and very thin size.
  • cut the dough into triangle shape(can get about 20 pieces).
  • roll it.
  • brush the yolk to the unbaked croissants.
  • preheat oven to 220 C.
  • bake for 20 minutes.
