- 325g bread flour shopping list
- 125g all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 tablespoon salt shopping list
- 2 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 15g yeast shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 225ml milk shopping list
- 225g butter shopping list
How to make it
- mix the ingredients together to form a dough(except the butter).
- flatten the the dough with a rolling pin.
- let rest in a warm place for 1 hour.
- put the butter chip in the middle of dough and cover it.
- flatten the dough into a rectangle shape and very thin size.
- cut the dough into triangle shape(can get about 20 pieces).
- roll it.
- brush the yolk to the unbaked croissants.
- preheat oven to 220 C.
- bake for 20 minutes.
