An easy chicken casserole with a Mexican flare. Combine all ingredients and enjoy in forty-five minutes!

Ingredients
  • 3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces
  • Nacho chips
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 small can of stewed tomatoes
  • 1 diced oinion
  • 1 small can of green chili
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp of chili powder (or more to personal taste)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Spray a 9"x13" baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Line pan with nacho chips and pile chicken on top.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
  4. Top with cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
