How to make it
- Make a pocket in each chop with a sharp paring knife.
- Chop apples, parsley, and onion.
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Stuff each chop with 1/2 cup of stuffing mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, turning once during baking.
