Crunchy Buttermilk Coleslaw

- 1 lbs cabbage thinly sliced (napa or savoy is great) (about 1/2 head) shopping list
- 5 carrots pealed and grated (1 1/2 cups) shopping list
- 10 oz snow peas, sliced lengthwise (2 1/2 cups) shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 cup buttermilk shopping list
- salt shopping list
- 1 tbsp light brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, carrots, and snow peas.
- In a seperate bowl, whisk together mayonaise, buttermilk, salt, brown sugar, vinegar, and ginger until smooth. Pour over slaw and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
