Tomatoes In Vodka

These are so good. Worth the effort and great over spaghetti and also good as a bloody mary base. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pounds fresh tomatoes shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cloves shopping list
- 1 stick cinnamon shopping list
- 2 cups vodka shopping list
How to make it
- Skin tomatoes and cut into small pieces then place in a preserving jar.
- Add all other ingredients the close jar and seal undisturbed for 14 days.
- After 14 days add sugar to taste then wait another month before serving this drink.
