These are so good. Worth the effort and great over spaghetti and also good as a bloody mary base. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 pounds fresh tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 2 cups vodka

Directions
  1. Skin tomatoes and cut into small pieces then place in a preserving jar.
  2. Add all other ingredients the close jar and seal undisturbed for 14 days.
  3. After 14 days add sugar to taste then wait another month before serving this drink.
