Mexican Meatballs

- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 3/4 to 1 cup breadcrumbs shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded taco cheese shopping list
- salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
- 1/2 cup salsa shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients and shape into 1" balls.
- Brown meatballs on all sides in a large skillet.
- Continue cooking for 12 minutes.
- Serve on wooden toothpicks.
- Serve with warm BBQ sauce or additional salsa as a dip.
- Cooked meatballs can be frozen and reheated in a 400 degree oven for 7 minutes.
