Ingredients
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 9 American Cheese slices
  • 1 pound package frozen Tarter-Tots

Directions
  1. In a skillet cook ground beef until browned.Place meat in bottom of 9x9 inch baking pan.
  2. Sprinkle with onion.Stir together soup and milk; pour over mixture.
  3. Arrange cheese slices in dish and top with Tarter-Tots.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
