Chocolate pie

- 3 eggs shopping list
- 70 grams gluten-free flour shopping list
- 20 grams cacao powder shopping list
- 10 grams maize flour shopping list
- 100 grams sugar shopping list
- 15 grams melted butter shopping list
- chocolate cream shopping list
- 50 sugar shopping list
- 1 dl milk shopping list
- 220 grams of pure chocolate shopping list
- 5 dl whipped cream shopping list
How to make it
- Hot the furnace to 200°C/392 °F.
- Grease and flour a removable-bottomed pan (24 cm diameter).
- Break the eggs in a pot and add the 100 grams sugar.
- Batter it on the cook-top until it has a temperature of about 30°C.
- Remove from the cook-top and batter until nearly cold.
- Add the flour, the cacao and the maize flour. Gently stir it under the batter. Add melted butter and make sure the dough doesn't collapse.
- Put it in the removable-bottomed pan and bake in the furnace for 15 minutes at 200°C and 15 minutes at 180°C / 356 °F.
- Let the cake cool down.
- Melt the chocolate with the dl milk and 50 grams of sugar.
- Whip the cream and add the melted chocolate when the cream is half whipped.
- Whip the cream until peaks form.
- Slice the cake horizontally in 2.
- Add cream on the bottom half of the cake.
- Add the second half of the cake on the first half.
- Smear cream all over the cake, make it as flat as possible.
- Put in the fridge overnight.
- Garnish before serving with strawberry's, pineapple, etc..
