This delicious pie is full of chocolate, whipped cream and a little bit of fruit to compensate the chocolate and sugar rush :-)

Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 70 grams gluten-free flour
  • 20 grams cacao powder
  • 10 grams maize flour
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 15 grams melted butter
  • chocolate cream
  • 50 sugar
  • 1 dl milk
  • 220 grams of pure chocolate
  • 5 dl whipped cream

Directions
  1. Hot the furnace to 200°C/392 °F.
  2. Grease and flour a removable-bottomed pan (24 cm diameter).
  3. Break the eggs in a pot and add the 100 grams sugar.
  4. Batter it on the cook-top until it has a temperature of about 30°C.
  5. Remove from the cook-top and batter until nearly cold.
  6. Add the flour, the cacao and the maize flour. Gently stir it under the batter. Add melted butter and make sure the dough doesn't collapse.
  7. Put it in the removable-bottomed pan and bake in the furnace for 15 minutes at 200°C and 15 minutes at 180°C / 356 °F.
  8. Let the cake cool down.
  9. Melt the chocolate with the dl milk and 50 grams of sugar.
  10. Whip the cream and add the melted chocolate when the cream is half whipped.
  11. Whip the cream until peaks form.
  12. Slice the cake horizontally in 2.
  13. Add cream on the bottom half of the cake.
  14. Add the second half of the cake on the first half.
  15. Smear cream all over the cake, make it as flat as possible.
  16. Put in the fridge overnight.
  17. Garnish before serving with strawberry's, pineapple, etc..
