Chocolate Lovers Dream Cookies

Delicious cookies made with cocoa,white chocolate chips and semisweet chocolate chips.
Ingredients
- 6 Tb canola oil shopping list
- 1/4 c butter,softened shopping list
- 3/4 c packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 c sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1-1/4 c flour shopping list
- 1/2 c baking cocoa shopping list
- 1/4 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 c white chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 c semisweet chocolate chips shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl,beat the oil,butter,and sugars till well blended. Add eggs,one at a time,beating well after eac addition. Beat in vanilla.
- Combine flour,cocoa,and baking powder;gradually add to oil mixture and mix well. Stir in chips.
- Drop by rounded Tablespoonfuls 2" apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 12-15 mins or till edges begin to brown. Cool for 1 min before removing from pans to wire racks.
