  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 c chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbs chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 can (103/4) oz condensed nacho cheese soup,undiluted
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 pkd. (8 ct.) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 c (1oz) shredded cheddar cheese
  • chopped fresh cilantro (optional
  • salsa (optional)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook beef and onion in large skillet over med-high heat,stirring to break up meat;drain. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Combine soup and milk in 9x13" baking dish lightly coated with spray.
  2. Seperate crescent dough into 4 rectangles,roll out ti 8x4". Cut to for 8 (4') squares.
  3. Spoon about 1/4 c beef mixture into center of each square. Pull 4 corners of dough over filling;pinch firmly to seal.. Place in prepared dish. Bake 20 to 25 mins or till golden brown. Sprinkle cheese over squares;melt in oven. Serve with cilantro and salsa.
