How to make it

  • prefer to get rid of the chicken skin
  • in claypot,put a layer of onion followed by
  • a layer of potatoes topped with chicken pices
  • spread rosemary sprigs on top,add remainder
  • or of potatoes,onions and sliced lemons
  • drizzle with the olive oil
  • cover claypot or rommeltopf tightly
  • place in a preheated over of 350 degrees
  • cook for about an hour
  • enjoy it with cabernec franc or berbera or any light to medium red wine
