Jan Howard Pecan Pie Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the first three ingredients. Make well in the center. Beat eggs till foamy. Stir together eggs and butter...add to above ingredients. Fill muffin cups to 2/3 full. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
