Microwave Cooking For One

I am havinng to use a Microwave at the moment owing to work being done on my Kitchen. Gas cooker now obsolete owing to leak. I am also on my own now so your group will be a godsend for me. Thank you so much

Individual chicken breasts cook up beautifully in the microwave, and there are lots of things that you can use as sauces/marinades. Add a microwaved veggie and a green salad and bread, and you're all set to go.
