    1. Balut
    2. a skunk, bbq’d survival style
    3. An entire huge raw Habanero pepper
    4. “Rocky Mountain Oysters” aka BALLS
    5. Any type of animal penis, no matter how big or small, fried or not!

    1. Niman Ranch Beef Cheese Burger with handcut french fries
    2. Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, warm fresh buttermilk biscuits with honey and butter, juicy sweet watermelon
    3. Prime Filet Mignon, medium rare, parmesan creamed spinach, pan fried fingerling potatoes with smoked paprika, garlic bread
    4. Crab Cake on toasted Brioche with perfectly ripe avocado and lots of Thousand Island Dressing!
    5. New York Style Cheesecake with strawberry sauce

    I always said I could eat anything once however I do draw a line.
    I would have to be drunker then a skunk to have your selection except for the Habenero I eat one a day during the summertime fresh from my garden.
    1. Balut, this is a duck that is almost ready to hatch with feathers YUK!
    2. A skunk, bbq’d survival style not for me.
    3. Any beating heart like I saw Anthony Bourdain eat on his show not even drunk.
    4. “Rocky Mountain Oysters” aka BALLS let’s cut through the chase Luisa these are “testacies” at least 4 shots of quality Bourbon and a lot of laughing afterward.
    5. Any type of animal penis, no matter how big or small, fried or not too funny Luisa but I agree. No amount of alcohol could get met to try a penis.

    2. My Masterful BLACK KitchenAid stand mixer
    3. Micro planer zester
    4. My Cuisinart food processors plural.
    5. My wooden bread peel.

    1. BBQ spare ribs with French fries with kalamata olive dressing and a Greek salad.
    2.Grilled chicken legs with mushroom risotto and a crusty bread and as side of spinach
    3. Baked ham with orange and cherry glaze ,Glazed carrots with ginger and a pecan pie for desert.
    4. Chimichanga filled with shrimp and cheese, deep fried to a golden brown, topped with nacho cheese, sour cream, and black olives. A few margaritas and a key lime pie.
    5. Double Veggie cheese burgers with roasted corn salsa and chips on 12 grain bread a side of chili.

    1. LIVER - of ANY kind...don't let them fool you, chicken livers taste like beef liver fried in chicken grease! lol
    2. Tongues, brains, bugs, etc.
    3. ANY kind of melon
    4. Brussel sprouts
    5. Anything really HOT (I want to actually taste the food! LOL)

    Five favorite culinary toys:
    1. My huge electric skillet, that comes off the base and doubles as a roasting pan
    2. My new non-stick baking sheet by Cuisinart!
    3. Instant read meat thermometer
    4. My favorite chef's knife, bread knife, and paring knife
    5. My deep slow cooker that comes of the base and goes onto the stove top

    Five dishes on your “last meal” menu:
    1. Porterhouse steak, med rare, with garlic/bluecheese topping, Loaded baked potato with salted skin, Asparagus in hollandaise sauce, salad with homemade blue cheese dressing (sorry - they all go toegether...lol)
    2. Lasagne with garlic bread
    3. Fiesta Lime Chicken from Applebee's
    4. My Mom's cherry cobbler and chocolate cake pudding
    5. A PITCHER (or 3) of El Nino Margaritas from Chilis

    2. whale blubber
    3. just about anything from Andrew Zimmerman's show or Bourdain's-no to eyeballs and testicles too, and that disgusting POOP filled intestine he ate in the dessert was beyond gag inducing.
    4. haggis
    5. ditto on the blood pudding

    2. Mema's hand me down cast iron skillet and spider
    3. Henckel's chefs, boning and paring knives
    4. Crock pot with timer
    5. propane burner with huge pot for crab boils, shrimp boils and low country suppers

    1. Stone crab with Joe's special mustard sauce
    2. Carpaccio or steak tartar from Wagu beef, capers, anchovies, mustard toast points the whole shooting match! last meal, who cares about mad cow now?
    3. Andouille and Crab gumbo, spicy enough to bring tears, deep and rich roux, oh yeah.
    4. Mom's Fish and yellow rice, with grouper
    5. Mrs. Swanson's Hot Lemon Souffle, with crystalized ginger
