Brotchen

    Not sure I'm spelling this right, but anyone have a recipe for brotchen?

In my German cookbook I couldn't find anything like that. Maybe if you explain what it is someone would recognize it by another name. I hope this helps in your quest. Very very common in Germany ( I lived there for 12 yrs) It is actually spelled with a umlaut (dot dot) over the o in brotchen and that is probably why the search didnt work well as our keyboards dont have that o with umlaut. Another way to search would be broetchen like I have in the subject as 'oe' is a substitute for o with umlaut. Hope this helps.
