    Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken

    Family loves this recipe. I used full boneless/skinless chicken breasts and legs and instead of frying I baked at 425 degree oven. I also dredged the chicken twice.

    This looks good! It's hard to get a crispy coating on baked chicken. I think I saved it a while back. Will have to remember to give it a try and note that it can be baked.

    Yum, I also love to bake it. I lay it on top of a rack and spray with a bit of Pam. Seems to help crisp it up.
