    Ground Beef Curry

    What a fantastic recipe. I used a mixture of ground beef and ground pork to make this recipe. I used medium curry powder at the full amount and is the right amount for us. I would suggest to first time users of curry to pick mild. This is a recipe that I would recommend for first time users.

    Hi Manella; do not worry about it some people just do not like curry at all. Hugs for trying it. LOL when I was going up we never had curry dishes at home. But when I moved out got introduced to it by my now DH. It took some time for me to get use to it.

    Yes pointsevenout you can use long grain rice. I cut it back to 1 cup but you can use 1 1/2 cups but I think you should bump up the liquid a little more. Thank you for reminding me will go and add this to my review.
