Lucky Turkey Casserole

What a fast and easy meal to pull together on a busy day. I used turkey stock instead of chicken broth. Will be making again.

We used to eat something similar all of the time when I was growing up, but mom used chicken. How was the texture? Like stuffing or creamier? I've never been able to replicate her recipe, but this just might be the one!
