Ugh, I had this posted already and went to edit and deleted :(. Let's try again Lol!

Chimichurri sauce is something I don't make often, maybe once or twice before, but it's delicious, fresh and full of herbs :) I love how the steak is only seasoned with salt so you can really taste the sauce. The Chimichurri has a bit of tang but when paired with the steak, it's perfect! The light sprinkle of sugar (I used coconut sugar) on top of the sweet potatoes pairs perfectly with the steak. I didn't follow the directions correctly and sprinkled the rosemary on top of the potatoes but they were still great! Another good one Luisa :-)

Gorgeous picture Michelle! I've always wanted to try a Chimichurri sauce but get confused going thru recipes because they vary. I'll just have to pick on someday that appeals to me and go for it. It looks incredible! Love roasted/grilled sweet potatoes.

I have made Chimichurri sauce before and both Jim and I really liked it. I bookmarked this recipe and want to short list it. LOVE Luisa's recipes. I'm not a fan of sweet potatoes so will just do the steak part. Fabulous photo Michelle. Makes me want some right now!

Awesome photo, Mommyluvs2cook! The steak is cooked to perfection! I saved this recipe and want to try the Chimichurri sauce. We were at a tapas restaurant recently and had steak served with Chimichurri. It was excellent! If I recall, there was a slight tang. I'm not familiar enough with the flavors to recreate it or even select a good recipe. I trust Luisa. Her recipes are amazing! Great find!
