    Recipe by Keni: A Full Monte Cristo
    A great little (big) sandwich.
    Recipe didn't say to put the sauce in the sandwich before or after oven time. I did mine after. Going to have to give my beard a shower. Sauce kept the guts moving all around everywhere. Works much neater as a dipping sauce.
    My little bread monkey was very pleased with the result.
    Used a "from scratch" ciabatta loaf from a recipe that has it's own problems. Got it to turn out as a reasonable loaf.
    I'm stuffed and there is still more.
    Used Provolone.
    Recipe makes plenty of sauce.
