    Apples still had a little sour bite to them. I did use Stevia in the raw which is a 1 for 1 replacement for the sugar. Maybe that wasn't the right move.
    Three apples didn't quite cover the bottom of the 8x8 so I put in a couple more. Maybe that wasn't the right move either.
    I wouldn't exactly call this a cobbler.
    It was acceptable for flavor considering my mod's.
    Had to add 15 more minutes to the bake time.
