Asian Chicken and Dumpling Soup

    by Keni OMG! this is Amazing soup! I had to change a couple of things out of necessity, I didn't use all chicken broth (sodium is an issue for me) I used about 2 cups water in there with the broth. also added extra ginger (YUM Love ginger) didn't have any shredded chicken, but the dumplings I had were pork and chicken, and they worked GREAT!! The broth will freeze GREAT. so if I have some celery and carrots about to go on me, I will make this broth and freeze. then when I want the soup. just pull from freezer, warm to a boil and add the dumplings and fresh green onions. OMG, Now I am kicking my self for not trying this sooner. So easy and So Very Good!!
