Awesome Crockpot Chicken Tacos

I was searching for a simple chicken taco recipe I could do in a crock and this is it!

I had to sub Italian diced tomatoes and a can of green chiles but that was ok, nice flavors going on there. Very yummy, with rice, tortillas and a little hot sauce. Can't beat 'em.

I actually wanna see how I can expand the recipe and maybe turn it into a chili.

Oh and I wanted to add that I shredded the chick and then put back into the crock after it had cooked.....don't think that was pointed out in the recipe, but you know.....

Thanks Angel, I'll have to try that! I love chicken tacos. I'll probably add yellow rice inside the taco with the chicken.
