I'm usually not a chicken burger fan since I looked at one too closely many years ago but these burgers were really good. Very moist and flavourful. The only change that I would make would be to use fresh garlic.

Doesn't the meat start to smear because it isn't partially frozen first?
I learned to chop my meats up in small cubes and freeze it for a half hour before using a blender or food processor to grind the meats.

Those look great Bren, I have only made ground chicken once from scratch and I loved it! Didn't immediately make into a burger though, just froze it in portions to make burgers in the future :) Pepperoni is a neat ingredient, would have never thought of it!

Yes, Points, it did smear and was a bit difficult to work with but it was so much better than store bought. Thanks for the tip.
