Fantastic rub! I can’t tell you how picky I am when it comes to BBQ and rubs. I like a nice savory seasoning without an overpowering chili taste. This one lived up to my every expectation and is by far the best rub I’ve ever tried. Believe me, I've looked a long time to find one that will pair with my BBQ sauce. Thank goodness this makes a lot! It took me 3 tries before I got a rack of ribs to turn out somewhat photo worthy. lol! Definitely needed the grilling practice! In those attempts, I’ve tried to put the rub on the night before or at least first thing in the morning so it had several hours to absorb into the ribs. All good! Thank you so much, Mommyluvs2cook, for sharing this recipe. It is now my office “go to” BBQ rub!

I'm so glad you loved this! We love this rub and use it all the time. I've even used coconut sugar in place of the white sugar with great results :) I am just so happy to have your amazing picture added to my recipe, thank you DIZ!!!

Mommyluvs2cook, your very welcome. I'm glad I found your recipe. I wanted to post a review weeks ago, but had troubles. The first time, DH got side tracked and burnt one whole side. The second time, I tried to help and that didn't go well either. Now I'm ready to have friends over for a BBQ and serve ribs!
