Bacon Apple Cheese Muffins
I made these nice little savory gems for brunch today. I halved the recipe and peeled the apple before grating it. The muffins were done in 28 minutes. I think next time I will chop up the apple as apposed to grating it as the apple seemed to disappear in it. Maybe my grater isn't big enough? I think these would freeze very well too.
