  These were SO GOOD! When I was pregnant with my daughter I would crave sweet potatoes with butter cheese and bacon...and unusual filler. This brought back those memories for me! It was excellent and I love the way the top gets toasty! I'm pretty sure this is already in the group but just thought I'd bring it back up!
