  Some tasty chicken. It gave me the opportunity to test out some rubs I made this past week. Used a dozen boned skinned thighs.
  Rubs: A chicken garlic herb seasoning that has been dwelling in the pantry.
  A Grilling Rub by Vinman.
  A Steak Rub by Scottvlaminck.
  and Emerils Essence by MomTo3Boys.
  Had a little taste test of all of them. Surprisingly all tasted similar. Even the last one which has a lot more heat than the rest. Maybe I have some old spices. The one rub that stood out was the garlic herb seasoning that came premixed in my pantry. It has considerable shelf life behind it.
  Going to make some Quesadillas for tomorrow with from scratch corn flour tortillas.
