This is a wonderfully moist baked chicken breast; one recipe I use over and over again.

Ingredients
- 1 package of boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs
- 1/2 cup miracle whip
- salt and pepper( I use Nature's Seasoning, it has onion and garlic in it.)
- 1 1/3 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees
- Sprinkle chicken breast with seasoning; roll in miracle whip and then in bread crumbs. Bake in a greased pan for 30-40 minutes or till juices run clear. Serve with rice pilaf and enjoy!

Yes, I agree. Mayo or Miracle Whip are a tried and true winner for moist chicken.
