Baked Chicken

This is a wonderfully moist baked chicken breast; one recipe I use over and over again.
Ingredients
- 1 package of boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs shopping list
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip shopping list
- salt and pepper( I use Nature's seasoning, it has onion and garlic in it.) shopping list
- 1 1/3 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 350 degrees
- Sprinkle chicken breast with seasoning; roll in miracle whip and then in bread crumbs. Bake in a greased pan for 30-40 minutes or till juices run clear. Serve with rice pilaf and enjoy!

Yes, I agree. Mayo or Miracle Whip are a tried and true winner for moist chicken.

I love this recipe and can't wait to make it. I've never used mayonnaise when baking chicken and I am anxious to taste the difference. You've got my 5 ;)
