Baked Pub Style Shrimp

    I've been wanting to make these for a while!! Wow I feel so healthy baking instead of frying these! ;) Really good and the batter was delicious and just enough beer left over to make it through the rest of cooking!     I forgot to mention that I did add about 2 Tbs more beer than called for because it was too thick...that could have made a difference?

    Yes, that could have done it, ml2c. I should have done that when I saw how thick the batter was. I probably had already drank the leftover beer though. :-P
