I LOVED this! I can just see FA squirming over the hot cucumbers, but believe me, I was unsure of how I would feel about them but they are so good! They really did turn into pickle texture and the balsamic gave them that tang, so it was really neat at how much they reminded me of very mild pickles :) The crust was nice, especially for not having any yeast, great flavor and crispy outsides and I loved the touch of sweetness from the honey. YUMMY!!

I'm a huge cucumber lover, too, and balked at a hot Chinese dish made with them at my friend's restaurant (with fish, no less!), but they were delicious and I order that dish all the time now! What's the old adage? Don't knock it til you've tried it! - haha!

Of course this crust didn't rise like a yeast crust would have, but it was very delicious and crispy :) Thanks ladies, I can wait to make this again and make my husband try it!
