One of the kids liked them without any frosting at all...the other fell in love with the brown sugar frosting included with the recipe...Word of warning, if you are using that brown sugar frosting recipe - better frost quickly as the frosting hardens as it cools and does not spread well at that point...If making a double batch, you will need some extra hands to frost cupcakes before the frosting mixture hardens...."
