Banana Pancakes

I am always up front when I do a review of a recipe. So I will say that I did not have enough baking powder so they did not rise as they would have normally. LOL only item I did not pick up on last grocery shop but it was more for the taste. While yes the flavour of the pancakes was good I felt that it was missing some thing. I also found the taste of the banana was very light. Yes and I said Yes I will be making this again but I will add 1 to 2 additional bananas and maybe some vanilla extract or vanilla and banana extract. I think with these minor tweaks this recipe will be over the top great.

Oh Bakerme I have more often done them as dinner as compared to a breakfast. Though once in a while I will do it for a weekend brunch.
