Basic Beef Stock

    An easy tasty recipe. I have a bone to pick with myself. Nevermind that when I got home from the store the meat turned out to be pork neck bones. But gosh, the price was right at $1/lb. Guess I didn't look past the price and red meat color.
    Stock is slightly gelatinous, which is what it should be from simmering dem bones.
    Don't think my upcoming recipe using the stock will matter that much, as it will be mixed with chicken stock too. Skimmed the fat and added a little pinch of S&P.

    No. Bought them at Save-A-Lot. Never have seen them there either 'cept for the last two weeks. Might be a new thing.
