Beef and Spinach Stir Fry

I actually remembered and got this marinated overnight...yay me! The beef is very flavorful! This has ton's of great veggies! I LOVE baby corn and my husband LOVES water chestnuts so this was a good meal for us! I chopped the spinach up for some picky people who don't like to see bigger pieces than that. Served over some soba noodles.
