  Beef Irish Stout Stew
  I had some Guiness left over from when I made Ana's
  Guinness Chicken And Bacon Stew
  and knew just what to use it in when this recipe got posted. Guiness adds an interesting flavor to food that I really like. I cut this recipe in half but was wishing I hadn't cut the amount of tomato paste in half. I think a bit more tomato would have been nice. But, it still was very delicious and I will have a nice dinner tomorrow night with the leftovers.
