Bermuda Biscuits

    Recipe by Tilgidh: Bermuda Biscuits/saved
    Good flavor. A combo between a breakfast sausage and a biscuit.
    Made 20 golf ball size biscuits at 16 minutes bake time.
    Must turn these with a spatula. They are not firm enough for tongs.
    Used hot Italian sausage and homemade Bisquick.
    When mixing batch is crumbly for a long time but finally comes together and molds well.
    Could even add a little more heat if one is inclined.

    Rendering from the sausage and shortening from the Bisquick is all it needs to bake up moist enough to cook the Bisquick and set the shape. One minute in the microwave rewarms a few that set in the fridge for a late night snack.
