Ingredients
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 4 tbsp copped green onions
  • 1 lb bulk hot sausage
  • 3 cups Bisquick mix

Directions
  1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together and gently make 2 to 3 inch balls of the mixture and slightly flatten on greased baking sheet.
  3. There is no liquid added. This is not a mistake.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes
  5. Turn over and cook another 6 to 8 minutes until brown.
  6. Make sure to serve HOT!
