Bermuda Biscuits

I have a friend in Manor Ga. whose house was burned to the ground. He is 78 years old. My son, his daughter and I built him a new one. Every morning when we came into work his wife would make us these for breakfast. Read more When they were not at home we sure missed out. Very Addictive! I know that this is a short cut version for the biscuits, but it what she gave me. May you enjoy them the way we have. See less
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cheese shopping list
- 4 tbsp copped green onions shopping list
- 1 lb bulk hot sausage shopping list
- 3 cups Bisquick mix shopping list
How to make it
- Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
- Mix all of the ingredients together and gently make 2 to 3 inch balls of the mixture and slightly flatten on greased baking sheet.
- There is no liquid added. This is not a mistake.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes
- Turn over and cook another 6 to 8 minutes until brown.
- Make sure to serve HOT!
