  Good flavor. Banana stands out. Subbed peanut meal for almond meal, it's what I had. Couldn't really taste the peanut too much but there was a nutty flavor. And forgot to stir in the butter.

  Just take the nut and grind it up, but not to the point that the oil starts to come out or you'll be making butter.
