Blueberry Cheesecake

    This was a wonderful cheesecake! My first to not crack! I made a blueberry sauce to go on top which worked perfectly! When I make this again I may cut back by a quarter of a tsp. on the salt because it had a tiny bit of a saltier taste than I would have liked but it was really hardly noticeable.

    That cheesecake looks delicious! I love the idea of using a shortbread cookie crust! Both pics look perfect! Is that your own recipe for the blueberry sauce?
