    Breakfast Burrito
I am currently bored with my before work weekday breakfast routine yet again! I had some turkey ham on hand plus all of the other ingredients here and decided on burritos for my breakfast this week. I left out the salsa (although I did have some) as I didn't know how it would freeze and also was afraid of morning sogginess, which didn't sound good to me! I put each burrito in a baggie of its own and then put them all in a freezer bag. Five days of breakfast in 20 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Works for me!

I am so making a bunch of these for Michael and freezing them as well! Great picture! Oh and you can always dip them in the salsa after heating :)

Thank you, ladies! I had never frozen scrambled eggs before. They hold up well! I'm really happy with the results.
Can you do EggBeaters or something like that, Bakerme?

Thanks for the thought, Frankie, but, there's something in eggs in their eggy form that I can't tolerate, whether hard boiled, scrambled, fried, soft boiled, etc. BUT the doc says heat changes the enzyme in them in baking, so I can eat them in cake, cookies, pies, etc. How good is that?!
