This is a recipe from LoveBreezy for a strange (and strangely delicious) pizza with Spam and Velveeta. Keni has already made it and posted it to the group about a month ago, but since I am a newbie to this group, I missed it. Anyway, if you are a fan of redneck food, you HAVE to make this. I used a Jiffy crust (because that's what I had) and it worked out fine, but next time, I will use my homemade yeast crust - I think this pizza is more suited to a thicker crust, like pan-style. All in all, a fun recipe. Also, I may give the Spam a quick toss in a fry pan next time to develop the flavor a bit - it's kind of mild against the other ingredients and can get 'lost' on the pizza. I know what you mean about not being able to search for recipes easily in groups. It would be great if we could just type in the recipe we're looking for and have it be there instead of scrolling through 100's of them.
